ABOUT THE COFFEE

 

  1. How do we choose our coffee?
    Every month we select a new coffee from the same lot as a ‘Best of Panama’ winner, the annual cupping competition and auction, that highlights Panama’s top specialty coffee varietals from distinguished, multi-generational coffee producers.

  2. Is the coffee sold as whole beans or ground?
    Our coffee is roasted and packaged as whole beans in order to maintain utmost freshness. If you wish to receive ground coffee, please message us.

  3. How fresh is your coffee?
    Our featured coffee of the month is roasted on demand for orders above 3kg. Availability for retail shoppers will depend on this schedule and may vary. Keep an eye on our IG account for announcements.

  4. How do you choose the roaster?
    We have a relationship with a number of well-regarded local Hong Kong roasters that we partner and collaborate with to sample and roast our beans.

  5. What’s the best way to prepare your coffee?
    There are different methods to prepare specialty coffee, and that is generally based on personal preference. However, the preferred method for Geisha (also known as Gesha) beans is the pour over method, with a grind not too coarse or too fine, in order to extract the subtle floral and fruit notes.
 
ABOUT SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

 

  1. How long will it take to receive my coffee? 
    For local orders we have arranged for a wide variety of shipping options, including door to door delivery, and SF Express lockers and/or SF Express stores. Therefore, your coffee can be delivered to you within 48 hours. International deliveries vary depending on shipping method. Please message us.

  2. Where is my coffee being sent from? 
    Our coffee is roasted, packaged and shipped from Hong Kong.

  3. Can I choose a different payment method? 
    Yes, please get in touch with us if you would like to use a different payment method, such as PayMe or FPS.

  4. What happens if my package is lost or damaged? 
    Please report to us immediately if you believe your package is lost or you notice that the item has been damaged while in transit.
