Refund policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to health regulations regarding food products. If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If you are not satisfied with the coffee you have received, please also report this to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
