Flavour profile 
Fragrance of very sweet 57% milk chocolate, smooth chamomile floral, traces of honey. Flavours of chamomile, hazelnuts, sweet. Mild acidity, citrus orange drink, medium length aftertaste residual of milk chocolate, smooth ending. Borders medium/heavy weight creamy texture, sweet overall. Increases citrus sensation acidity when cooling.

Producer background

Located in Paso Ancho, Tierras Altas district, Finca Los Cantares has been in operation since 1929 under various owners, and it’s been at the helm of Jackie Mercer Vallarino since 1994. The 54-hectare coffee estate is surrounded by primary forests, with the Chiriqui Viejo river flowing through it.

Their first-ever geisha harvest won first place at the Best of Panama (BoP) back in 2012, and in 2018 its geisha washed and traditional natural process won second and third place respectively.
