High in Panama’s mountains, Black Moon is redefining specialty coffee farming through a regenerative agriculture model that prioritizes living soils, carbon sequestration, and ecological resilience.

Black Moon Farm won 1st place in the category of Varietals at the 2024 Best of Panama competition with its record-breaking Constellation Chiroso Lot with an SCA score of 94.1 (highest recorded for any non-Geisha varietal). Prior to that, Black Moon Farm’s Natural and Washed Lots from their first-ever harvest scored 93.5 and 92.5 respectively in SCAP’s 2022 BoP event.
